Located just a short drive from Alberobello, Castellana Grotte is a spectacular underground cave system where travelers can go on a guided tour.

This cooking class occurs at a rural, countryside property near Lecce. Cooking at a ranch with locals will offer you a real culinary experience with traditional meals that you can easily recreate at home. During the class you will find out how to make orecchiette (ear-shaped pasta) and tomato sauce, cook a vegetarian meal in season, and have dessert! After the cooking class, you will sit down with the family and enjoy the meal that you made. This class is great for both beginner and more experienced cooks.
